I prefer cold and rainy.  In the winter, I'm layered up.  I'm not going to get wet from the rain.  In the summer, I'm dressed in short-sleeves and that is only one layer.  One time, I actually tried to take a walk in the rain with an umbrella.  Don't try that!  Lol
